The production environment is the real environment of the BTG PACTUAL EMPRESAS APIs, and this is where all the real API features live.

Here you have access to issuing bank slips (boletos), transfers, collections, Pix, DDA, and all the other products listed in our API Reference, in the real world.

Unlike the sandbox environment, the production environment can only be used after the application's verification.

Token

Tokens generated in the production environment through the Authorization Code flow must be issued via the login of a user who has an account profile with permissions equal to or higher than Operator.

Attempting to use a token issued by a user without permissions to access the account data (a developer user, for example) will result in an error.
