Your first steps​

Here you will get an overview to guide you, in broad terms, through the process of integrating with the BTG Pactual Empresas APIs.

  • To access the BTG Pactual Empresas API resources, your first step is to create an account. This account is used to log in to internet banking and also in the login step of some token generation flows;
  • For authentication and authorization we use BTG Id, our platform that lets you connect your solution to our APIs through a BTG Id identity;
  • In the Developer Area, admin users or users linked to your account as developers can create and manage applications to interact with the APIs, as well as create and manage Webhooks. Learn how to register a developer user;
  • After completing the credentialing flow, visit our API Reference, where you will find the technical specification of the APIs, including:
    • Information about the security implemented in the API;
    • Information about the token generation flow used to consume the API;
    • Information about the webhook events the API provides;
    • All endpoints, their verbs, and their request and response schemas.
  • On our Home page, you will find a range of information about our ecosystem, such as:
    • Information about Applications and their specifics;
    • Information about our development Environments and their specifics;
    • General information about aspects that govern all APIs;
    • Information about the products we offer;
    • Information about Webhooks and their specifics;

  • Finally, we have a Community where you can get quick support for your immediate questions or receive the guidance you need from our community manager, who also works on developing the APIs.
